Did Wings Last Night

So I tried some wings last night on the Member's Mark. Did a heavy rub with Killer Hogs Hot Rub, put them on with good smoke at 225, let them go a bit until they were parcooked, cranked heat to 375. Lost track of time and actually might have "over done" them slightly but they were tender, crisp and honestly pretty darn good. My first pellet grill wings. Won't be the last

Need the pics!!!!
Sounds really good, I use the killer hogs bbq and hot bbq all the time. It creates a fabulous colour and has a pretty good taste.
Not overwhelming at all.
I usually do a buttermilk brine for 12 hours or so, included in the brine is a heat of some source.....I like to use Oakridge Habanero death dust...it's pretty darn hot.....then before the grill it gets the killer hogs treatment....they come out very spicy which is nice as I like to eat a dry wing rather than a saucy less crispy wing.

Guess I need to add buttermilk to my list!

You can make your own extremely easy.....it's all I do now.
Simply 1 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.......
Once you add the vinegar give it a little swirl, you will see right away how much they don't like to mix.
It just breaks it down a bit more, hoping for a more tender bite....I don't think it has anything at all to do with flavour.
