Not wanting to rain on anyone's parade, but my experience with cast iron tells me a two zone fire is a much better way to go.....so I'd get a Ranch Kettle!

Pork chops & zucchini on more traditional CI cookware:

Tossed a small hand full of cherry wood chips into the coals after the fist picture was taken and closed the lid for a short smoke bath. Turned out perfect.
