Did someone say cast iron?


 
Nice Size skillet. It would be worth it to whack the handles so you could pop the lid on. That thing would make some really mean deep dish pies,quiche,lasagna...

Tossed a small hand full of cherry wood chips into the coals after the fist picture was taken and closed the lid for a short smoke bath. Turned out perfect.
