It's been over 5 years since we've had the McRib promotion in the SF Bay Area. I stumbled upon McRib in Southern California when visiting the King of the Smoker contest earlier this month.

Ok I figured you were doing something else and happened to find one in the location you where at... Clovis is the only one around here that has/had them.

They come around here about once a year. Towards the end you can get another for $1. Guilty as charged. It maybe the "Special Sauce".

When I get crazy I just add some pickle & bbq sauce to chicken or country fried steak sandwiches (actually pretty good).

I admit to watching a bunch of clone videos on youtube though
