By the way..I'm interested in the 22.5 Smokey Mtn cooker... but am concerned about the initial reviews ... poor fitment.. heat control..etc Anybody got any current experience / opinions after extensive use? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
I buy several cases of the Angus Choice from Sam's every week. But if it's best possible I buy America Kobe that is not a whole lot more expensive at $3 +/- for case of whole packers.
But technique is more important than anything. Done right a cash & carry select can take 1st place.
AS for the 22.5 WSM I've cooked on one for a full day class and had no problems. I'll would buy one if I needed it. But then I also like the new competition Kingsford even though I don't like Clorox corporate.
