A Thermapen, series 3 or 4, I don't really mind
A Cajun Bandit Stainless Steel door for my 22" WSM (there is now a U.K. distributor)
A low and slow cooking course somewhere in the U.S., somewhere interesting combined with Q and music festival (Blues and Bluegrass are my favs)

Not necessarily in that order of priority!

Std door is flimsy aluminium an likely to leak. Bandit is 18 guage stainless steel. Option to add a better latch too.
