Pasta with artichoke, capers, kalmatta olives in a clarified butter, evoo, lemon juice and confit garlic.



Raw salmon which gets cooked by the pasta’s heat.

I only eat the Costco salmon and ahi raw. Everything else is cooked. We should be good.

That’s true. She has a bunch of friends that like when I make them dinner. I’m just hoping she learns to cook for herself one day and continues what we have here at home. My two older sons are pretty good cooks so far.

She did enjoy her dinner. It was all her choice sans the crostini’s which I added as the appetizer. She did like those too.
