I know. It started this whole charcoal smoking/grilling journey. A birthday gift from the Mrs. 10+ years ago.

I will miss the rotisserie. I cook all different ways but it still amazes me how people react when they see something spinning on a grill! I’ve read that the Joe Tisserie can be modified to fit, I may look into that at some point.

I've been thinking of getting the Summit Kamado as well. I feel like I'm cheating on my redhead SSP. Lol. But, I have a Hunsaker griddle plate for the SSP so I figured I could clean up the redhead, and put that griddle plate in it and use it as a mobile bar or prep area for cooking.

BBQ’s are outdoor ovens. She should get as many as she thinks she needs.
