Cube Steak

I have several pounds of cube steak just sitting in my freezer. What is a good recipe for cube steak? Is my only choice pretty much country fried steak, or is there more that I'm not thinking of?

My wife does a killer traditional Salisbury steak and another one with tomato sauce.

I like to fry venison cube steak in butter. I dip them in egg and then flour with just a hint of cajun seasoning.

Marinate in A mixture of finely grated onion ,S&P Worcestershire and a 1/4 cp butter milk for 30 min and grill serve with bacon ranch smashed potatoes and a salad.
