CSR'S Haricot verts, CIS Taters


 
So here we go. Basically it is Country Style Ribs, Green Beans and fried potatoes. Started out with the "Special of the Week" Country Style Ribs with the bone in.

Seasoned them up and got them ready for the OTG.

Placed them indirect while I broke out the Griswold skillet for the potatoes "Lampe Style"

how are you all cooking those csrs? ive never made them. Low and slow or over the coals or just indirect at 350 degrees? they look good and would like to try them. thanks
