Crispy thighs with hickory

I used two small chunks of hickory, one on each basket.

I just did my homemade Santa Maria rub and some hickory. Very simple.

I would inhale those.

My wife and I have a running thing with each of our cooks that we call "How much" ("How much would you charge for this on a menu?").

I'd break my wallet for that chicken.
