Not sure if this is the right place to post this and if it's not I apologize BUT I'm looking for tips for getting crispy skin on smoked chicken. Thank you for any tips or advice. Joe

I know of one way people do this. At the end of the cook they take the middle section off of the WSM and then put the grate right over the cools to crisp the skin. I have done this on my first cook of split chicken half's. I followed the instructions on the cooking section:
