The print view allows you to adjust the portion size up or down.

I cut the thighs so they are nearly bite size. I use the oil from the sundried tomatoes to cook the chicken, and probably use more than the amount called for. I deglaze with red wine.I add more crushed red pepper, and less Italian seasoning. I use more cheese and use romano and parmesan

And I pre-dissolve the cornstarch using stock that is cold so it doesn't clump.

And, one of my kids likes breasts not thighs so getting that cooked just enough without over cooking the breast took a little extra time.
