This is going to be my corn entry so.......
one of the grocery stores nearby has had "ophilio crab clusters" for sale, not on special, for $6.99/lb and I' ve bought it 4 or so times now. The first 2 times I did it pretty plain no complaints, then the next time i did it up with a neighbor and it was good, this time i did it up with a couple friends and it was super rich again.
Nothing is being cooked yet - this is just the crab & shrimp soaking in some water with a lot of old bay in it.
It's a nice pale ale------------might take a little getting used to.
I wondered why they called it popcorn until I let it sit above the hot coals for a few minutes to get some char-------POP
oh yeah....first the potatoes went on to get some smoke. apple, if you're interested.

My friends brought over their 17 month old daughter-----I was surprised at how much seafood that little girl could eat
