Couple recent cooks

Did a costco prime brisket that had been wet aging in the fridge 4 weeks. Rubbed with SPOGOS and let it ride to about 180 where i wrapped in butcher paper and pulled it just over 200 on the Summit.

Next is apple cheddar turkey meatloaves. These came out really good I think the moisture in the apples really helped keep the loaf from drying out. They had colby jack and Cabbotts aged white cheddar mixed in. Preston - nice looking brisket and meatloaf! Looks like you did the brisket on your kettle, and meatloafs (or is that meatloves ~ meat loves ~ we all love meat :unsure:;)). I'm liking my PK360 more all the time!

Brisket was in the Summit. Glad your liking the PK360 i try to use it every chance i get. Cant wait to try the PKGO once they finally ship some out.
