A few random pics... Haven't been doing as much grilling cookin or smoking as I would like and not taking many pictures ... Thank goodness for gracious neighbors and my mother for some down home style comfort food to help ...
Pork roast Marinated in "disappearing pork tenderloin" recipe was soooo good... With some cx legs ( a few poor attempts at the cx lollipops I have been seeing- in balsamic vinaigrette marinade and some Cajun seas with some Gus tossed in evoo lemon juice and salt free garlic herb...
Soy brown sugar garlic ginger glazed salmon with some Zuke
