Thought I would throw up a few pics of what I've grilled over the last week or two, been a busy summer, but giving the grills a good workout!
Today I messed around with the Craycort griddle inserts and made some sliders, my first time attempting them on a grill. Wife and son loved them -

About a week and a half ago, cut some nice 1 1/2 inch Loin End Chops, grilled them on some lump and I glazed them with a new sauce I had never tried before, it was a Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and man was it good! Not too hot, Not too sweet, really had good balance to it.

And finally my wife's favorite - did some Ka-Bobs (sort of??) I skewered the fresh mushrooms and tomatoes seperately because they can be so delicate. Also skewered the beef and chicken separately so I had better control over the doneness.

It's been a great summer here in Michigan so far - I am 3/4 of the way to getting a 22 inch WSM, been collecting Amazon Gift Cards, and should be over the top by mid July, Can't wait to add another weapon to the arsenal!
Thanks for Looking - Hope everyone else is having a good summer.
