Alright! Its not even close to St. Patrick's day, but who cares?! I love corned beef and cabbage so here we go. Put on some mustard and the little seasoning packed that comes with it.

Had to top off a great meal with a great dessert. Peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream.

Fine meal fine meal! Thanks for looking, see ya next cook.

That looks real good. I've never thought about smoking a corned beef before. You're sides look good also. Nice job.

Great looking corned beef! The plates are almost art. But could I skip the cabbage and have a nice warm corned beef sandwich please?

I believe this post is going to make me thaw out some pastrami and make Reubens.... Think the last of my frozen corned beef& cabbage from St. Pattys has already been eaten.

True, but still good w/steamed cabbage. I need a meat slicer so I can cut it nice and thin for subs!

I love corn beef and pastrami, either one tastes great, and yours look delicious..., making me go do some next time I buy a brisket........only thing I hate about my meat slicer is the time to clean the damn thing up and the fact that it is not used that much, but nothing else like it when needed........................d
