The made in USA Weber Kamado is a do everything charcoal grilling beast of a machine.
No electronic Bluetooth plug in blah blah blah needed. Dial it in to whatever temperature required and go.
It will last a lifetime and make you smile every time you use it. And the amount of charcoal you will save over the lifetime of the grill will probably pay for the grill and then some.
My advice to everyone is to get rid of every other charcoal grill or smoker in your possession and buy this grill.
Why Weber hasn’t done more to market this amazing product is baffling.

I had a WSK for a few years. It cooked equal to the WSM but for 2 of us, it was just too big. I have since gone back to my performer for charcoal grilling. I have long since forgotten how capable the venerable ole kettle is. Guess that’s why it is arguably the best charcoal grill of all time. I had forgotten how capable they really are.
