Costco Ribs

I got 2 packs of spares at Costco last week. Each one had 3 racks in in. 5 had membrane on a one had it removed. I thought that was strange.

My wife prefers Loin Back Ribs (baby backs) so that's what we mostly smoke. Costco, by FAR, has the best loin back ribs and the membrane is always removed (so far). It's amazing how much meat is on the Costco Loin Back ribs.
