Costco and Sam's Ribs Question

Are they Enhanced or REALLY Natural? I've seen ribs stating they were natural because they were enhanced with pork broth and sodium. It's getting harder and harder to find Unenhanced ribs.
 
The ribs in the 3 slab cryo pack are not enhanced and have not been packed with broth, not any that I've ever bought at Sams.
 
Mike, I was worried about that for a long time. I'd hang out by the case at Costco and ask everyone looking at ribs two questions. Have you bought Costco ribs before and did you ever get a bad slab hidden in the middle. After 100 answers of yes I have and no I haven't I bought a three pack. Been buying them for 3 years since if I can't make it to my market in Detroit. Never had a problem from Costco. I will say by me you pay more at Costco but the meat seems much better quality than at Sams.

I had to read twice.

Have you bought Costco ribs before -"100 answers of yes"

and did you ever get a bad slab hidden in the middle - "and no".

Is this correct?

Some brands seem to be worse than others at this, Smithfield and Excel in my experience. I've had pretty good luck with IBP (Sam's and RD, around here), but haven't tried the Swift ribs from Costco.
 
Russel, sorry........ Everyone I asked had purchased ribs from Costco before. None of them said they ever had a bad slab hidden in the middle. 100 was an exageration of course but I bet I truly asked 25 people. My wife was like "why don't you just buy some already and quit worrying about it and bothering people, they aren't that expensive if you get a bad slab" LOL
 
I use Sams ribs exclusively and have never had an isssue an they are natural with no enhancements

Same here. Sam's only and never had a problem.
