Beautiful!

What’s the foil top for in the middle of your grill?

Any special spices that are native to Costa Ric for the steak?
Inside the foil-top was zucchini and this time I poured some avocado oil on the steak with liberal sprinkles of the “McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning”. We generally prepare our steaks/chicken with my wife’s home-made Chimi-Churi sauce in which she follows no.recipe.
