Corned Beef Brisket


 
Give me some! I'm looking forward to trying some..........I've wet-brined some (2?) full packers for pastrami, but not this year.....I've been watching for specials on corned beef.

Kemper that looks delicious and the dark rye bread spot on. I'm sure Ginger did a great job on the chicken but how about a taste of corn beef.
