Can we please add the "High Temperature Brisket" method to cooking topics. I found several references to it with the search function, but haven't yet found the explanatory article. Thanks.

For the most part, the articles in the Cooking Topics section are things that I have tried and that I think are good examples of the kinds of things people can do with the WSM. It is not meant to be a comprehensive set of recipes or techniques and never will be. That's where the bulletin board comes into play and fills the gap with content, recipes, and techniques created by all of you.

I have not yet cooked a high temperature brisket, but I plan to try it. Maybe it will become an article in Cooking Topics someday.
