It's been a couple of weeks since I've been able to smoke anything due to the cold and snow we've had. I'm looking for some advice/tips on cooking in cold temps. What do you guys do?
From what I hear, the cold is not much of a problem, biggest concern is the wind, it'll take all your heat, I use plywood shield whenever wind is up, works fine
how cold is it and how much snow you got there in Louisville, John?
I've seen folks grillin' & smokin' in the nastiest weather any human canNOT imagine with super-duper results!
cold and snow ain't ****, and as Joe stated, it's the flippin' wind that'll kill ya...
