Cooking for one on a chili night.

The wife went south on me for the weekend, so I went to the store to find something new to put on the grill.
I searched for a while, and decided the heck with new, I want ribs.
I used a heavy dry rub, and will sauce them about a half hour before they get pulled.

I decided to use the Performer tonight.

It was great. My neighbors from both sides stopped over to say hi, and after they left my brother and his wife did a drive by to see if I was out.
He shot this picture of me. You can tell the wife is away by the way I parked in the garage.

Two hours and four beers later.

I got the Radioactive sticker a while ago as a joke. They never thought I'd put it on the grill, but it made for a great time, and good memories.
