Put a 9.6 lb "butt-zilla" on friday night about 9:30. Checked it at 7 am when I got up,temps at 240*,butt at 175. Added water, and left it alone. Checked it at noon,WSM temps holdin g good, butt at 190*. Checked at 3,thermometer went in like hot knife in soft butter! Let rest for 3 hours in cooler, and then pulled. Man oh man,the compliments were flowing! Our best friend said it was the best one yet! It also had the best bark I've done yet. Yep. I think I got this PP down. Could be the initials!!
