Cook for grandson's second birthday

Grandson's second birthday party and they wanted brisket and pulled
Pork. They both cooked 16 hours and 22 minutes at 210-225 the first 12 and then 280 or so the last 4. 15.5 pound brisket and a 9.5 pound bone in pork butt.

Pulled and sliced.
