They say the Sun will come out tomorrow. I hope so. I plan to grind, stuff, and smoke some sausage, jerky, and Canadian Bacon tomorrow.

We got quite a bit of melting today, but still a ways to go. However, next week they are forecasting temps in the fifties! YIPPEE! I am sure looking forward to THAT!! My patio should be clear and ready for action by sometime Sunday!
