Getting into the holiday a season a bit and a tried and true holiday ale
never hurts the effort!
Marinated the loins in brown mustard, lemonade and bourbon all day. Then rubbed with my Santa Maria concoction and a light sprinkle of some traditional BBQ rub!
Did them indirect and reverse sear on the Gold B to about 140. Sliced perfectly!
Roasted some potatoes and had some help with some beautiful blackened green beans in the cast iron. Opened up one of my favorite wines
