Getting into the holiday a season a bit and a tried and true holiday ale 🍺 never hurts the effort!714B2678-CCD6-4F00-BB27-FC592FBC60F0.jpegMarinated the loins in brown mustard, lemonade and bourbon all day. Then rubbed with my Santa Maria concoction and a light sprinkle of some traditional BBQ rub!878B0640-381C-48CB-B7EB-9117E21F1D90.jpegDid them indirect and reverse sear on the Gold B to about 140. Sliced perfectly!0824BA44-F61C-4ED6-8C57-AC42DA7D9681.jpegRoasted some potatoes and had some help with some beautiful blackened green beans in the cast iron. Opened up one of my favorite wines🍷! Great night!6A5EE3C7-CB35-49FC-858C-09C8BA44BDBC.jpeg

what do those run per # by you? I was looking at them yesterday and thought $3.59# was expensive for that cut. i rarely buy it but am thinking of making a few.

Inexpensive…not sure of per pound price but I paid $8 for the two loins and they were decent sized. It’s one of my go to cooks because they soak up flavor quickly. They are great for tacos or you can dress them up a bit with a nice sauce!

Love pork tenderloins!! Love your pictures too!!
Brett Costco has a 4 pack you can’t beat. Always a hit with the kids.
