Chuck Roast with corn bread and potato

Just awesome weather today! Smoked a chuck roast and used half a basket of recycled coals. Made a thin sauce off a lemon/onion reduction. Simple skillet corn bread and potatoes rounded out the cook. Paired it with a dark lager dopplebock. Walking it off with an afternoon woods hike. Cheers to the weather and extra weekend hour!
