Chuck Eye Steak Salad

I was all worked up for a steak salad yesterday so I made it happen!

Here it is on the gasser with some MSS on it:

Salad mixed up, along with another batch of my favorite Ranch dressing (my fav dressing really). I'd just made up some blue cheese but left it on the counter overnight so I made this up quickly.....best yet.

The steak was a little over 1/2 pound before cooking.

And here's a nice BIG salad!

Good old chuck-eyes. A buddy turned me on to those when we were in college and poor.

I seldom see them in the store anymore, at least under that name, but they are good bang for the buck.

Looks really good Clint, Barb and I have to start doing that type of eating. My goal for 2016 was to lose 10 pounds....only 15 more to go.
