Chuck Eye and Thighs

Found a nice Chuck eye and some thighs. Threw them in Performer for a relaxed and easy cook with a little oak and my Santa Maria rub.
Got into the mystic a bit with a beer…Did these indirect with a little oak. Seared and did the crook neck on the Gold B!A little chicken and a little …not a bad night! Cheers!
