It was a slight challenge but well worth it. Two tritip and two Turkey breasts wrapped in bacon. On the kettle, tritip grilled to 130-135, was medium rare…the breast I pulled off at 155-all rested about 20 minutes. Everyone like it. No pictures on the rest, but we had twice baked taters, broccoli salad and Mac n Cheese. Highly recommend the whit lightning seasoning. It really good. Used it on the Turkey breasts.
