Christmas Dinner on Ranch

Just picked up my new (second hand) Ranch. Got it off ebay for 25% of new price, in great condition very excited. Cooked some sausages and porkchops for the family tonight.

Planning to cook christmas dinner for 16 on it and want a bit of advice. Thinking of cooking a turkey and leg of pork. Anyone got an idea of cook time for these, amount of heatbeads to use or cook time?? Any opinions would be great as the first real big cook on the new ranch will be Christmas, won't have time for a dress rehersal.
 
Just an FYI, I was going to use for a 16# turkey for Thanksgiving. The lid is too short for the turkey. Ended up using my kettle.
 
How big of a turkey were you considering? Also what temp are you going for. I would probably go lower for a leg of pork than I would for the turkey although you can definately do a turkey and get a great product at a low temp, the skin won't be as good though.....
