This very nice couple invited over for dinner today, and loved that the menue was wide open, spaghetti, yams,veggies, salad, dressing, and a great smoked Turkey. This is what Christmas should be celebrating with family a n d freinds.

Micheal, the turkey was tasty moist,great smoke smell and flavor, better than what cook.

Yes exactly freinds,good conversation, no friction,or issues, just a very relaxed environment, it was a great day, plus fabulous food prepared with love.
