I've wanted to take a crack at this recipe since seeing it posted on the Virtual Bullet. Followed the recipe closely although I did use atc rather than running in and out in the 106 degree heat. Here's a few pictures.
Earlier in the day I put together a macaroni and cheese casserole.

Then I mixed together some yellow squash and onion. Added some dry basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes.

Mixed up some SYD rub and seasoned the hens.

Got the hens on my 18" WSM, running a steady 275.

Mac and cheese on next.


Squeezed on the squash.

Hen's very close to 150.

Squash about done.

Put the peach glaze on the birds.
