Chorizo

I found a good recipe for Chorizo and added a few other ingredients... including Tequila.... yes, why not? I was wanting to put in casing, but well. its -19 wind chill and I did not feel like it, so I just made bulk, and will see how this tastes... Here is the Recipe...

I made it and then made a burrito for lunch... Not as hot as I thought, but good flavor

I have never tried it but that looks so good I printed the recipe and will make it. Did you exchange the water for the tequila or just add it?
