Did my Santa Maria rub and let sit at room temp for about 30 minutes Got the Performer going and added two chunks of peach. Let them smoke for a bit until they got to about 135 then did a searWas really happy with the slaw! Something about this combo of food just screams Summer! Cheers!

I have to confess that at first I thought you used peach preserves in addition to smoke.
I used to smoke duck with orange marmalade and that was very tasty.
