Chimichurri Rib Eyes

The wife and son went to visit family in Rhode Island for a week so he can see them before he leaves for boot camp later in the month. Came home from work to find my dad at the house dropping some things off. A coworkers wife made chimichurri sauce and was nice enough to send some in for me today. I had some steaks in the fridge so I decided to ask the pops to stay for dinner. Wasn't planning for this so I just made the steak and sauce with no sides. We are men. All we need is meat and beer!

Seasoned with Weber Steak and Chop seasoning and on the mangrates.


At the flip after a quarter turn. Loving the marks these grates make.

Sliced and put on a place with the chimichurri.
