Totopos is what some people call them. Depends what part of Mexico your from. Im from Michoacan and we call them duros. It's all the same when your making chilaquiles.
 
Yeah, I thought that Chilaquiles was always made with scrambled eggs. My favorite when my breakfast joint offers as a special.

They are made with eggs but Maribel said it wasn't breakfast time. It was also missing queso fresco on top. Thanks for looking Monty :)
