Chicken Yakitori

The players

Sauce in the pan to reduce

Onto the skewers with some of the reduced sauce drizzled over them. Ready for the grill

Getting some colour

Plated with some sweet potato wedges and a caesar salad. The chicken yakitori was tasty and I will be making this again
