Chicken Vodka-lime on the rottiserie

Chicken marinated in Vodka-lime mix with 5 limes the cut in half and stuffed in the chicken. Smoked with some hickory for a few hours on the rotisserie and served with some potatoes and bread.

The lime flavor does penetrate the bird if you stuff them inside after marinating it. It keeps it moist and tender I love it!
