Chicken Thighs

This was my first attempt at Chicken Thighs. They were devoured. Even the kids ate them!

Prepped

On the WSM

Dipped in BBQ Sauce and back on the Smoker

Finished and delicious!

I'm the same way. I never remember to take notes, and just mess with the recipe till it tastes good!

Try the famous No.5. for always the same basis. Finish can be different ways.
