Did this one yesterday.
Low/slow for about 3,5h after the internal temp was 176.
Rubbed with taco spice before it was send to the wsm and pickup some apple smoke flavour.
Breast´s was made in to tacos
(corn tortillas)
Was really good and tasty ontop of that really juicy.
