Ok todays dinner was: chicken breasts no skin no bone.(marinated for 5hours in evoo,lime,garlic,oregano and thyme.
Butterflyed for maximum surface,stuffed with thyme.feta.pesto and salt/pepper.
Rolled up and pinned by skewers to keep em together.
Sides
otatoes and carrots with some evoo oregano,thyme salt and pepper.
Chicken indirect 15 min then seared for 5 min both sides over direct.
Potatoes: 40 min indirect in the kettle.
