Chicken rolls!

Ok todays dinner was: chicken breasts no skin no bone.(marinated for 5hours in evoo,lime,garlic,oregano and thyme.

Butterflyed for maximum surface,stuffed with thyme.feta.pesto and salt/pepper.

Rolled up and pinned by skewers to keep em together.

Sides

otatoes and carrots with some evoo oregano,thyme salt and pepper.

Chicken indirect 15 min then seared for 5 min both sides over direct.

Potatoes: 40 min indirect in the kettle.

Wow--are all Swedes that creative? Nice meal, beautifully pictured. Of course, my wife would kill me if I posted a pic of her shoveling food into her mouth....

Will fire up the kettle today for a all dinner on the kettle,and tomorrow a brisket first try on the wsm.
