Chicken Piccata with German egg noodles

A family favorite here.

A friend gave us a dozen Meyer lemons so I put two to excellent use tonight.







Recipe is a riff on this. I have my own measurements and steps. Been cooking this dish for over 20 years.

Lemon Chicken Piccata

You just have to hit the gym a few times a week. I’ll be back there tomorrow night. I did 100 minutes yesterday and got a deep burn in. It’s the only way I can enjoy my cooking.

wow! that's going in for the kill!!!! alfredo is off our list now. i haven't had it in 30 years or more. just too heavy for me. and the wife swore it off too, except as an appetizer or small plate when on vacation. more power to you for being able to stick with it.

now the piccata. i'll never give that up.
