Another tasty lunch for the Better-Half, our pup "Manchas" and I.  Chicken was slow-cooked with Weber Mesquite Smoke-wood and a mixture of Walmart and Costa Rican Brand Charcoal over the Indirect side for around fifty(50) minutes and finished on the Direct side for around five(5) more minutes.
