Chicken Mole

Some chicken on the grill and cooked till around 165*F

Chicken in a wok type pan with some mole sauce and covered for about 30 minutes till the chicken was nice and tender.

I never heard of that either. Solak, you are expanding our horizons! And that is a great looking plate!
 
That looks awesome. I had no idea you could buy mole in a box.

Nice looking mole John... My mother does mole out of a jar and adds a few secret ingredients. Only my grandmother knows how to do it from scratch. My family toast a bit of sesame seeds and finely chopped onion to top it of..great job!!!
